Our company ADOPEN Plastik ve İnşaat San. A.Ş. recognizes information as one of itsmost valuable assets.
It is aware that information security is the responsibility of all its employees and that boththe company and its stakeholders may suffer significant damages in case of voluntary orinvoluntary loss or improper use of information.
In this context, our company;
– To establish, implement, review and continuously improve an information securitymanagement system based on ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System Standard in order to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and accessibility of information assets,
– To determine the authorities, roles and responsibilities for the establishment andexecution of the Information Security Management System; to periodically review theseauthorities, roles and responsibilities,
– Complying with all legal regulations and contracts related to information security,
– Identifying risks at certain time intervals and managing risks by taking necessaryactions in order to protect information and information assets,
– Preparing and testing business continuity plans to ensure that its activities andresponsibilities to its stakeholders are not interrupted in the event of any adverse event,
– Managing information security gaps and breach incidents and ensuring that they are not repeated,
– With the awareness that the most important element in ensuring information security is human, it is obliged to organize trainings that will increase the awareness of itsemployees and other critical stakeholders on information security and to follow up theresults.

A.Ş. is committed to establishing, implementing, reviewing and continuously improving TS EN ISO 27001 Information Security Management System, providing the necessary resources to achieve the goals andobjectives of the information security management system, and complying with legal andother requirements.
Our Quality Policy
ADOPEN Plastik ve İnşaat San. A.Ş., which produces PVC window and door profiles, wood composite door, composite, polymer construction mold, decorative interior and exterior wall cladding, polymer roof and wall panel, deep well drilling pipe and auxiliary materials, elastic flooring, has a policy for the adoption of quality management system. A.Ş., a policy has been determined and put into effect in order to adopt the quality management system.

A.Ş., as a company aware of its environmental responsibilities, has determined and implemented methods to determine the environmental dimensions and impacts of its activities and to prevent the emergence of these dimensions in all stages and support processes from the realization of the product to the completion of the shipment. Our Customer Satisfaction Policy
The foundation of Adopen’s customer satisfaction policy is based on “Customer Orientation”. We reform our procedures constantly in accordance with the customer’s demands and expectations and target building long-term relationships with our customers
In order to maintain customer satisfaction, it is evaluated whether the customer’s conditions are met or not, and the changing expectations of the customer are shared with the employees, and product development works are performed. The smallest dissatisfaction about the product is taken into consideration and improvement procedures are carried out.
Every feedback received from our customers is perceived as a gift. We use all our resources resulting from our experience based on long years and our customer-oriented service, to convert these feedbacks into “customer satisfaction“
